Strange News: Man Ticketed for Cursing at Cat

After neighbors called the cops on him, a Chaska, Minnesota man was given a ticket for cursing at his cat. WCCO reported on Thursday the unidentified man -- who had prior disorderly conduct complaints against him -- admitted to cops he was indeed giving his cat a tongue lashing.

His excuse was that "he's human." Officers handed him a new citation for disorderly conduct.
